Archery classes
Colombo Archery School conducts a number of structured Archery training programmes for absolute beginners to experienced archers. The Classes are conducted by both local and international certified instructors, who have also competed at international level.

Beginners Programme
This program is for absolute beginners and involves an eight week course. Classes are conducted over the weekend at the CR&FC grounds. The minimum age is 10 years. We have had more than sixty students passing through this program and the ages have ranged from 10 years to early sixties. All required Archery equipment including bows, arrows and safety gear are provided by the School. Intermediate Programme
You must successfully complete the beginners program to join the Intermediate program or if you are are an experienced Archer, by undergoing a shooting and safety knowledge test. This is an eight week course and All required Archery equipment including bows, arrows and safety gear will be provided by the School. Advanced Intermediate Programme
This is the stage where you move from Trainee to competent Archer. The Archer should have successfully completed the Intermediate program or if you are are an experienced Archer, by undergoing a shooting and safety knowledge test. At this stage you are strongly recommended to own your own personal Archery equipment to derive the maximum benefit from the program. The Colombo Archery School staff can assist in selecting the suitable Archery equipment for you. Corporate/ Associations Programme
Short customised programmes are conducted for Corporates and Associations as a very effective team building exercise and as a prelude to establishing company teams for the upcoming inter- mercantile Archery Tournament.
Elite Archers Programme
These are individual classes conducted for Archers taking part in competition Archery at local and international tournaments.
